How do I delete a segment?
If you have created a Segment that you no longer need and don’t want to view it on your Segments list page, you have the option to delete it. Follow these steps to delete a Segment: Log in to your Benchmark account. Click on Contacts from the Dashboard menu. Select Segments. Locate the Segment you would like to delete and select the icon next to the Segment name. Click Delete.
Why should I use list segmentation?
Segmenting provides a great way to organize your contacts, and to also target specific people in your list. Segments do not appear in your Contact List dashboard, however when you select a contact list to send to, when creating a list, you'll see the segments there should you want to send to only a part of your list. There many ways to organize a list and each person will have
