What happens if my account is expired?

Billing Updated on September 16, 2019

When an account fails to renew, it becomes inactive and is considered an Expired Account by our system. During the expired state, your email campaigns will not send, signup forms will stop collecting subscribers, and your automations will stop. Accounts renew each month automatically, annually or semi-annually depending on your preferred billing cycle. To help avoid interruptions we ask you to update your billing information anytime a credit card is expired or if you receive a new one.  You could lose your data if you don’t take immediate action.

Getting your account up and running fast depends on your payment method. The easiest and most common way is using a credit card, using a credit card saves you more time than sending in a check (which can take weeks to arrive). And the good thing is that updating your credit card information is fast and easy.

If your account is expired and you need to renew it ASAP, check out the steps below on how to update your credit card information.
  1. From your account, click on your name on the top right corner.
  2. Then, click on the Upgrade option (don’t worry, it won’t change your plan).
  3. Review your current plan, and if no changes are needed, then click on Continue. You can also upgrade or downgrade in this step.
  4. In the next page confirm your renewal, by selecting the checkoff box, and then click on Purchase Now!
  5. When you are DONE, you will see a success message.

  1. Click on the Go to dashboard option to return home.

Once your account is renewed, all systems will resume, automation, email campaigns, etc.

Need to add a credit card?

If you don’t have a credit card saved in your account, and want to add one you can use the same steps as above and in step 4, click on Add a Card.

Another option is going to your Account Settings, and then selecting Billing information scroll down and click on Add a Credit Card. Then save and follow the steps mentioned above.
