Why are there no contacts in my segment?

If you’ve created a segment for your contact list, however it is showing 0 contacts, it can be due to a variety of things.  First check to see that your criteria is correct, that spelling for your contact’s information is correct.  If it is not spelled correctly, our system will not be able to match it to your list of contacts and draw the neccessary contacts.

Second, check to see if the information is in the correct field.  We have up to 26 contact info fields; but 24 of which we can customize.  Information can be stored in any field and we want to make sure we are selecting the right field in the criteria.

Keep in mind that your criteria needs to make sense.  Like if you want to create a segment of people who like to play baseball in a list of sports lovers, make sure that there are people who have baseball in their contact information.
