Why is a contact still receiving my emails even though they have opted-out?
If a contact has followed the above procedure but is still receiving your emails, they may be signed up under another email address as well. They will need to make sure they unsubscribe from each email account to ensure they do not receive future correspondence from you.
If a subscriber has opted-out in error, they can be added to your list again with just a few simple steps.
