Yes, you can! That said, we highly recommend authenticating if possible. Right now, authentication is done with NS records, but we’re adding more options soon. If your domain provider doesn’t support NS authentication, no worries—you can still send emails using our trusted shared domains. We’ll make sure your messages meet industry standards. Not sure if your provider supports NS records? We’ve put together a handy list for you here.

Not yet. Our first-generation product is laser-focused on what matters most: fast, effective email campaigns. We intentionally left out features like automations and forms to keep things simple and lightning-fast. But rest assured, those features are on the roadmap – we’re building smart, not fast-and-loose.

Right now, it’s a manual process: export from Benchmark Classic, import into the new Benchmark. We know that’s not exactly fun (or fast), and we’re exploring more seamless migration tools in the future. We’ve also created a guide to help you with this.
Not at this time. Our new platform is a fresh start – think of it as a clean slate for your best campaigns yet. While historical stats and templates won’t carry over, you’ll have powerful new reporting and AI tools to help you make informed decisions moving forward. And if you need a look back, your classic account will still be accessible for as long as you’d like.
Good news: you can keep both! You may choose to explore our next-gen platform while still running campaigns in Benchmark Classic. This way, you can gradually transition when the time feels right, without losing access to your classic data or functionality.
