How to publish a signup form as a post on your Facebook feeder
Go to the business fan page where you want to publish the form as a post.
Locate the Create post option and click on it.
Write something interesting to invite your audience to subscribe or fill out your form. Then paste the signup form URL you previously copied. (You can use a third-party app to shorten your link).
When done, click on Post.
SUGGESTION
We recommend you pin the post to the top of the page; this way, your form will always be visible to your visitors.
The button is now added to your page. But you will see Edit Sign Up. Click on the button, and from the drop-down menu, select the Test button to see how your visitors will see your form.
