Yes! Benchmark will prorate upgrades automatically. You will see an adjusted price if you decide to upgrade during your billing cycle. Your billing cycle will not change when you upgrade and so your monthly, semi-annual, or annual renewal should remain the same. We unfortunately do not prorate should you decide to downgrade your account, or change your billing cycle (going from monthly to semi-annual/annual cycles). Any disruption in your billing cycle will result in full payment. Please consult with your Account Manager if you have any questions regarding your billing or plan.
