Benchmark Email will send approximately 20,000 emails per hour with a shared IP address. We actively monitor and maintain our IP addresses to ensure we can provide the best deliverability possible, as fast as we safely can. We also offer an option to purchase a dedicated IP which can increase your sending speeds to 25,000 emails per hour on average. Adding more IP addresses may also improve sending speeds.

However, there is more that is involved when it comes to deliverability and speed. Speed also relies on the email service provider your recipients use and also the internet service providers. Speeds can also increase or decrease depending on your IP address. Benchmark users with Dedicated IP addresses have control over their sending speeds, by maintaining their abuse complaints.  It would be ideal to keep your abuse complaints to lower than 1 out of 2000 emails sent for any account.
