If you do not send any emails, your account is still active. This means all your contacts, layouts, data and other information is still available and organized in your account. Your survey URLS, Signup Forms and autoresponder emails are active for the duration of your plan. The monthly payment you make is not based on your use of our service, but the storage and upkeep of all your data, as well as the protocols and systems used to keep that data safe and secure. Your access, as well as storage of all these items listed above and more, is what you pay for each month.
