How do I resize the Signup Form to fit on my webpage?

Signup Forms Updated on May 6, 2019

Resizing the width of your signup form is dependant on the type of form it is and can be done from within the Signup Form editor.

Some specs to consider:

  • The Embedded Form has a set width of 400px.
  • The Pop Up Form is 400px wide by default with 40px padding on the left and right. The maximum image area for is 320px.
  • The Width cannot be edited for a Small Embed Form. The width is dependent on where you decide to place your signup form on your website.

Embedded Form

To change the width see steps below:

  1. Go to an existing embedded form.
  2. In Step 2, click on Global Settings.
  3. Then click on the Custom Width option.
  4. Add in your new width.

  5. Click Save & Publish when done.

  1. Go to an existing popup form.
  2. In Step 2, click on Global Settings.
  3. Then select Settings.
  4. Add in your new width.
  5. Click Save & Publish when done.

Classic Signup Form

  1. Go to an existing classic form.
  2. In Step 4, Signup Form code select HTML Code.
  3. Copy the code and paste it in a Text notepad.
  4. Paste your code
  5. Search for the strings containing width=”220″ this defines your width. To change it 190 pixels, update the string to width=”190″

  6. Update this HTML to your webpage (replace the old code that you may have pasted), and see if it fits or it still needs to be reduced.

NOTE: If the changes are not applied, clear your browser cache and try again.
