At Benchmark, we’re on a constant mission to pursue product excellence for our users. Here are a few of the ways we’ve worked toward that mission over the last 30 days:

UX/UI Improvements

Email

• Launched new Flexible Sections feature in the Email Editor
• Launched improved Email Drafts dashboard widget
• Reduced email queuing time from 10 minutes to near instantaneously
• Expanded the clickable area for file browsing when uploading images
• Improved the drag and drop editor’s mobile preview of resized large images so the preview more closely resembles the responsive view of emails on various mobile devices
• Optimized the dragging and dropping of email sections to be smoother
• Made it easier to delete unwanted social icons in horizontal mode

Automation Pro & Lite

• Enforced more secure automatic logout routines for Benchmark Email users who access Automation Pro
• Changed loading of lists in Automation Lite to display most recently created lists first
• Improved Contact Rating feature so Automation Pro emails increase contact score for sent emails

Integrations

• Launched 20 new Zapier templates and in-app Zap templates listing page

Bug fixes

Email

• Fixed issue where emojis did not show in users’ archived emails
• Fixed issue where second image in image group did not show properly in Outlook on iOS
• Fixed issue where merge tags in subject lines were not working as expected in Portuguese
• Fixed issue in Firefox where delete button could be covered by scroll bar

Automation Pro & Lite

• Reprocessed automations for select accounts
• Fixed temporary issue where some users could not create new emails from the canvas

Documents Library

• Fixed temporary issue where some file types could not be uploaded to the document library

Landing Pages

• Fixed temporary issue where some users could not create or publish landing pages

Registration

• Fixed issue where some users using certain ISPs in Brazil experienced delays in signing up

Surveys & Polls

• Fixed issue where some users in China could not delete active surveys

Sub-accounts

• Fixed issue where some users could not create sub-accounts
