Is the email in the client‘s “Junk” folder?
If you know the recipient, ask if your message got sent to their junk folder by accident. If it was, tell them to add your email address to their "trusted senders" list, or their address book. That usually helps prevent you from being tagged as a spammer in future campaigns.

What about my emails made in the Classic Editor?
Unfortunately emails and templates from the old Classic Editor are incompatible with the new Drag and Drop editor. This is due to many of the functions, features, and code of the new editor, were not available in the old editor. But with the new Drag and Drop editor, all email templates or emails created by you will be mobile friendly, and it's been said that it's easier to use!

Can I make my email mobile friendly?
You most definitely can! In our Classic editor, we have mobile friendly templates to start from. As for the Custom HTML and Plain Text emails, these are not automatically mobile friendly. As for our new Drag and Drop editor, all email templates and created emails in the editor will automatically be mobile friendly. We recommend giving the new editor a try, it's easy to use!

Why are my AOL Recipients are not getting my emails?
