  1. Go to the Emails option and select Emails from the menu.
  2. Then, click on Create New Email and from the popup select Regular Email.
  3. Next, choose your editor type.
  4. Fill out and complete all steps and scroll down to the Sharing Section.
  5. Now, click on ‘Add this email to the Benchmark’s public Community.

The Toggle should switch from gray to Blue to indicate that enabled.

  1. Select a category for your email from the dropdown option.
  2. Add Keyword tags related to your email.
  3. Lastly, click on Save and Next.

 

Email Report List (Sent Email)

  1. Click on the Reports option and then select Email Reports.
  2. Now, locate the email you want to share, and click on the more options icon .
  3. Then, select Community Settings.
  4. Now to enable, click on the toggle option next to Add this email to the Benchmark’s public Community’.
  5. Next, select a category for your email from the dropdown option.
  6. Add Keyword tags related to your email.
  7. Then, click Save.

 

How to Unpublish an email from the Benchmark Community

  1. Click on the Reports option and then select Email Reports.
  2. Now, locate the email you want to share, and click on the more options icon  .
  3. Then, select Community Settings.
  4. Now, disable by clicking on the toggle option next to ‘Add this email to the Benchmark’s public Community.’

 

How to access your Benchmark Community Landing Page

  1. Go to the Reports option and then select Email Reports.
  2. Locate any sent email, and click on the more options icon .
  3. Then, select Community Settings.
  4. In the popup click on ‘View your community profile’.
