How to integrate Cratejoy with Benchmark

If you are using Cratejoy to sell your subscription boxes, what better way to engage with your subscribers than by using our Cratejoy and Benchmark integration. This integration will push your Cratejoy clients to a list in your Benchmark account.

To integrate please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Benchmark account. 

2. Click on your account name and select Integrations.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Get Started. 

4. Select the Cratejoy integration.Benchmark will now ask for the following information:
   • User ID
   • Secret KeyNote: To access your Client ID and Secret Key, you will need to log in create a Merchant Account.To get your Client ID and Secret Key, log in to your Merchant account and click on Settings, then select API and click on the Generate New Key option.
5. Now, back in Benchmark enter your Client ID and Secret Key where prompted and click Save & Next.
6. Select a list (or create a new one) where your Cratejoy contacts will be added.
7. Click Save & Next.
8. Map Cratejoy fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list.
9. Click Save & Next.

The final number of imported contacts may be less than the projected number due to the filtering of certain emails. Benchmark Email removes role-based emails, duplicates, unsubscribes and blocked domains. Click Here to learn more.

Note: Since this integration offers a one-time import if you need to import more contacts at a later time, you will have to repeat the steps above. However, when you go to import again, you can choose the previous connection or create a new one.
