The “From Name” appears in the “From” column in the email box of your recipients. You can update the “From Name” for each email in the EMAIL DETAILS step of the email creation process. To remain in compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, your “From Name” should clearly identify your organization when you send your emails. That means that your “From Name” should almost always appear as your company name, possibly in conjunction with a department like customer support or sales.
