How do I unpublish an email from the Community Newsletter Archive?
To remove your published email from the Benchmark Email Community : Click on the Emails tab. Click on the Email Reports link from the Reports Menu. Click the Publish in Community icon . This is the third icon in the tools column. Uncheck the checkbox for your Email in the popup Click Save. Your email will be removed from the Benchmark Email Community.

How do email reading or preview panes affect my email open reports?
The preview pane is what allows a user to scroll through and read an email while also being able to view their list of emails in the inbox. When a subscriber uses the reading or preview pane to view an email instead of completely opening it, it may cause the email address to appear several times as an "open" in your report.
