If you are using Google Apps for Business & having trouble in getting emails from our servers then kindly follow the steps given below.
Note: An email whitelist is a list of IP addresses from which your users expect to receive legitimate mail. When you add an IP address to your email whitelist, emails sent from this IP address will generally not be marked spam. At this time, it is not possible to whitelist specific users based on their email address or domain name.
To add Benchmark Email IP addresses (of our mail servers) to your email whitelist, please follow these steps: 1. Sign in to the Google Admin console. From the dashboard, go to Apps > G Suite > Settings for Gmail > Advanced settings. 2. In the General Settings section, Scroll down to the SPAM section. 3. In the Email Whitelist section, enter the following IP addresses to make sure any mail coming from Benchmark are not labeled spam. Make sure to separate each IP address with a comma.
4. Click Save changes.
After this activity, you should start receiving mails from our servers without any glitches. If you are on a Dedicated IP and need help whitelisting please be sure to contact support, and they will assist you with getting the Dedicated IP Whitelisted.
