How do I integrate CreateForm with Benchmark?

With our CreateForm integration, you can automatically add your CreateForm contacts from your forms and surveys to a Benchmark Email list. Send automated follow-ups from the moment they submit their information. Available free with every Benchmark account.

Note: This is integration was built by CreateForm, the process to integrate will begin within their tool.

Once logged in your CreateForm account:

  1. On Step 4 ‘Connect’, when editing or creating a form, click the ‘Yes! Let’s Do It’ button.
  2. From the list of available integrations, click Connect next to Benchmark.
  3. Enter your Account Name and Benchmark API Key. (If you have already added an account, a drop-down menu will appear asking you to choose which Benchmark Email account you would like to use.)
  4. Click Next once you have chosen your Benchmark Email account.
  5. On the Settings page, choose the Benchmark Email list to which you’d like to add contacts.
  6. Map CreateForm Fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark Email list.
  7. Click Save.
