How to update your TimeZone

So the time changed and your time is still set to Daylight Savings/Standard. No need to panic, there is an easy way to update this. First off you will need to be logged into your account to make this change.
1. Click on your name in the top right corner.
2. Then click on Account Settings
Once you are in this page you will need to scroll down to Email Message Settings
3. Click on Timezone.
4. Select the correct Time Zone you would like to set your account to.
5. Click Save

Furthermore, for US marketers we recommend setting your local time as your timezone, if and when the time changes our system will be able to automatically set to the correct time.

For US Clients we offer 4 time zones that will automatically update.

  • US Central
  • US Eastern
  • US Mountain
  • US Pacific

If you select any of the highlighted time zones you will not have to manually update your time again, when the time changes our system will automatically do it.
