Can I manage multiple user accounts in Benchmark?

If you want to manage multiple user accounts in Benchmark, you can use our Sub-Account feature. This feature will allow you to create sub-accounts that can be managed directly from the master account. Sub-accounts have access to all Benchmark paid features, with the exception of billing, a sub-account cannot modify a master account paid plan.  You can deactivate a sub-account if you no longer need it. Deleting sub-accounts is not permitted, deactivated sub-accounts will appear in your User Management page.

The unique features of a sub-account are


  • List plan 600, cannot create sub-accounts, due to the size of the plan. Any List Plan 1,000 or higher can create sub accounts.
  • The master account shares their List Plan with their sub accounts. Our system will not allow you to upload contacts to any account if you have exceeded or are close to reaching your list plan.
The ‘User Management’ feature is available under the ‘My Accounts’ tab in your account. Currently, this feature is available only for users with Paid Plans.
