Suspicious behavior can be several things. However, this is usually an indicator of someone or something (bot signups are real) that is up to no good. How we determine this is different for each case, but here are some examples.

This is a mix of abuse complaints along with a high bounce rate. To better protect our sending servers, our system will automatically suspend accounts that are negatively impacting our sending servers. If this happens, our delivery team reviews the accounts and contacts the account owner to help guide them with better sending practices.

After a user has requested to have their account canceled, they will have access until the account’s renewal date. After this date, data access is limited.
We have filters to avoid prohibited industries, however, sometimes a few get in, and when our support team catches them, we immediately terminate. Click here to view a list of prohibited industries.
If you suspect your account was wrongly interrupted, please feel free to contact our support team to further investigate.
