Benchmark accounts can have different statuses, and some are based on account payment. If your account does not renew then expect an expired state. Aside from nonpayment, not following the Benchmark terms of agreement could result in a pending, suspended, or even a terminated status. Does Benchmark Prorate?
Yes! Benchmark will prorate upgrades automatically. You will see an adjusted price if you decide to upgrade during your billing cycle. Your billing cycle will not change when you upgrade and so your monthly, semi-annual, or annual renewal should remain the same. We unfortunately do not prorate should you decide to downgrade your account, or change your billing cycle (going from monthly to semi-annual/annual cycles). Any disruption in your billing cycle
