Why do i get this message – Too many API calls detected.
You would receive this error if you have tried to login with an invalid token / password atleast 5 times within 2 minutes. This would lead to a "cooling" time of 10 minutes, where any attempts to login would be rejected. You would have to verify that your login/password is correct before attempting to login again.

配信停止リンクはメーリングリストからの削除を求めるユーザーのためのものです。しかし時としてこのリンクが正しく機能しない場合があります。 配信停止リンクが正しく機能しない場合に、以下の原因が考えられます: ユーザーが使用しているメールシステムがリンクを正しく認識していない場合。 ユーザーがテキスト形式のメールシステムを利用しており、リンクをインターネットブラウザにコピー&ペーストする必要がある場合。正確にコピー&ペーストが出来ていない場合、配信停止ページは正しく表示されません。 配信停止リンクが機能しないと報告があった場合、メールアドレスを手動でリストから削除し、アカウント内の配信停止リストに移すことが必要です。

Why have I received a message regarding upgrading Internet Explorer 7?
Starting in September of 2011, Benchmark Email made the decision to no longer support Internet Explorer 7. When we say that we will no longer support Internet Explorer 7, we mean that we will no longer be fixing any issues that you may encounter, such as bugs that are directly related to IE7. You will not be prevented from logging in while using IE7, but should any browser related issues occur, we will not be able to assist you. We recommend upgrading to higher version of Internet Explorer in order to have the best experience possible with Benchmark Email.

Can I Spell Check my custom template campaign?
Some of our clients choose to create their own HTML templates. If this is the case and you need to use the Spell Check feature, please follow these steps: In step 4 of the email builder, you will see the Spell Check button on the bottom left side of your screen. Click this button. A popup window will open with any misspelled words. *You will noticed that the first word that is misspelled appears in red and the remaining misspelled words are in blue. This is because the first word is already selected and ready for editing. 1.On the bottom of the window you have a box with spelling suggestions inside. Select the option that fits your need and click Change to. Click Ignore if no change is needed. You can also type in your own change in the box if none of the options are appropriate. When you are finished with the SpellChecker, click Finish Checking. To undo all changes, click Cancel. Click Save on your layout to ensure the changes you made locked in. Notes: You are able to check your entire campaign at once. Some portions of the block may have been ignored during the spell check feature, such as domain names. Click Options to change those settings. You can change the language setting as well as add words to the dictionary (to help save time in future campaigns during the spell check process). Tip: Be sure to utilize the Spam Check feature and Preview your campaign before sending it to your contacts to ensure the best possible end result.

Does Benchmark Email offer a spellcheck feature for my email?
Yes, you have access to spellcheck any portion of your campaign that is editable. This needs to be done section by section though. While you are typing up a section, any word that is misspelled will appear with a red dottted line underneath it. Once you are ready to use the spell check feature, follow these steps: Click the Edit icon for the section you need to spell check. On the left side of your screen, click the button that says Spell Check.
