エンゲージメントスコアとは?

エンゲージメントスコアはエンゲージメントレベルを確認できる他、評価でセグメントをすることも可能な便利な機能です。0〜5の星がそれぞれのコンタクトのメールに対するエンゲージメントレベルを表しています。 星スコア 0              メール配信履歴なし           最低1件のメールを配信しているが、開封・クリックがない     最低1件のメールで開封・クリックを行うと2つ以上の星がつきます。開封・クリック数が多ければ多いほど星評価が増えるようになっています。 エンゲージメントスコアは過去90日の配信履歴によって計算されています。 過去90日間配信をされていない場合、スコアがリセットされ0になります。 オートメーション、EMAで配信されたメールは含まれません。 セグメント エンゲージメントスコアを使って、高評価(3-5)あるいは低評価(0-2)でリストをセグメントすることが可能です。セグメントはリストの中で特定のターゲットを絞り出すために使用する機能です。 セグメントの作成方法についてはこちらをご確認ください。 上記例は以下の条件を使用しています: 条件 - コンタクト評価 〜以上 - 星4つ エンゲージメントスコアはBenchmarkアカウント内のみで表示されるデータのため受信者の方が閲覧することはありません。 ご不明な点がございましたらこちらよりサポートへご連絡下さいませ。     >>「コンタクトリスト」のまとめページに戻る

Can I Spell Check my custom template campaign?

Some of our clients choose to create their own HTML templates. If this is the case and you need to use the Spell Check feature, please follow these steps: In step 4 of the email builder, you will see the Spell Check button on the bottom left side of your screen. Click this button. A popup window will open with any misspelled words. *You will noticed that the first word that is misspelled appears in red and the remaining misspelled words are in blue. This is because the first word is already selected and ready for editing. 1.On the bottom of the window you have a box with spelling suggestions inside. Select the option that fits your need and click Change to. Click Ignore if no change is needed. You can also type in your own change in the box if none of the options are appropriate. When you are finished with the SpellChecker, click Finish Checking. To undo all changes, click Cancel. Click Save on your layout to ensure the changes you made locked in. Notes: You are able to check your entire campaign at once. Some portions of the block may have been ignored during the spell check feature, such as domain names. Click Options to change those settings. You can change the language setting as well as add words to the dictionary (to help save time in future campaigns during the spell check process). Tip: Be sure to utilize the Spam Check feature and Preview your campaign before sending it to your contacts to ensure the best possible end result.

Does Benchmark Email offer a spellcheck feature for my email?

Yes, you have access to spellcheck any portion of your campaign that is editable. This needs to be done section by section though. While you are typing up a section, any word that is misspelled will appear with a red dottted line underneath it. Once you are ready to use the spell check feature, follow these steps: Click the Edit icon for the section you need to spell check. On the left side of your screen, click the button that says Spell Check. The window that pops up will look like this: You will noticed that the first word that is misspelled appears in red and the remaining misspelled words are in blue.
