Can a Deactivated Automation Be Used Again?
Unfortunately in Automation Pro, once you deactivate an automation you will not be able to reactivate it again. This is due to the complex nature of automations, combined with website tracking. When automations are terminated, subscribers will lose their place in the automation and by reactivating it, we run the risk of spamming subscribers.

Why do preview and reading panes cause an email address to appear many times on an open report?

I sometimes receive automatic ‘away‘ messages for subscribers whose mailboxes are full. Why don‘t those messages go to the Benchmark Email bounce report?
When a contact or email recipient sets an away or out of office message, sometimes this is registered as a soft bounce. It can also sometimes be registered as "delivered" or you may receive a response in your reply to email address.
