How do I resend my Email to contacts who did not open it earlier?
Benchmark Email does not recommend that you resend the same email to contacts who didn't open it the first time. Resending an email may result in a spam complaint against you as the contact may see multiple copies of the same email in their account. If, however, you send a campaign and find that many of the contacts legitimately missed the email in their inbox, you can resend that mail.

Why do I not have the “Resend Email to Unopens” Option?
