Will I be able to reactivate my automation?
Unfortunately in Automation Pro, you will not be able to reactivate your automation. This is due to the complex nature of automations, combined with website tracking. When automations are terminated, subscribers will lose their place in the automation and by reactivating it, we run the risk of spamming subscribers.

Can I embed an audio file into my email campaign?
You cannot include the audio file as an attachment. Benchmark Email does not allow audio files to be embedded because many email clients will strip out streaming audio and video. This is a security setting that varies for different ISPs, but most of them will simply not allow audio attachments. Why do preview and reading panes cause an email address to appear many times on an open report?

I sometimes receive automatic ‘away‘ messages for subscribers whose mailboxes are full. Why don‘t those messages go to the Benchmark Email bounce report?
