Our system provides tracking statistics for Automation Lite. The same statistics that are gathered for individual emails are also gathered for automations. The difference between automations tracking and message tracking is the ability to sort the statistics by different criteria. I have an email address listed as a hard bounce, but I know it is valid. What happened?
If an email was blocked by a spam filter on the recipient's end, it could cause it to come back as a hard bounce.
