Yes, you can capture the recipient’s unsubscribed reason. When a recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link in the Email footer it takes them to the “Unsubscribe confirmation page.” After clicking the “Unsubscribe” button on that page, they will be redirected to a page that prompts the recipient to enter the reason why they are unsubscribing. If the recipient selects any of the reasons from this survey, that reason will be captured in the email report.
This survey is optional, so your recipients will not be required to fill it out.
In the Reports section, you can also see the reasons people unsubscribed.
