How to compare email reports?
Comparing email reports should come as second nature when sending email campaigns. That is why Benchmark provides a detailed reporting system to better monitor the engagement trends on your campaigns. Email reports can be found in the Reports section of your account. Follow the steps below to learn how to compare reports. From the left menu, click on Reports. Select Email Reports. Select the campaign reports you want to compare.

What statistic does the Opens by Location map represent?
The "Opens by Location" represent the recipients who opened your campaign emails This does not track the number of times your email was opened. If your recipient opens an email from more than one location, the map will only show the location from which the email was last opened by the recipient. In some cases the IP information is insufficient for Benchmark Email to locate the open on the map.

How do I mail specifically to contacts who opened my last email?
You can send an email to the recipients who opened your last email by saving these contacts to their own, separate list. Here's how you do that: Click on the Emails tab.
